1:1 Caregiver

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide individualized support and assistance to an individual in a group setting. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for a client by offering personalized care tailored to their unique needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, ensuring safety, and promoting independence while maintaining a respectful and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services.
• Assist client with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety.
• Monitor and document daily goals and activities.
• Offer companionship and assist client in activities to promote mental well-being.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Caregiving preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and staff.
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
