JOB HIGHLIGHTS
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for on-site training and support of assigned individuals in community-based jobs
- Possess awareness of realistic work expectations regarding quality of work and appropriate behavior
- Observe and record pertinent information and performance of assigned individuals
- Ability to perform personal cares in a discreet, respectful manner (i.e.: toileting, eating, mobility, behaviors)
- Ability to effectively communicate with employers and respond to training needs and/or related problems
- Ability to implement training plans established by case managers and employers
- Ability to work independently and creatively problem solve as needs arise for individuals
- This position requires a company email address which requires an application to be downloaded on your personal cell phone for multi-factor authentication (MFA) to ensure cyber security.
- Reliable vehicle (unless determined exempt with HR)

Requirements:Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- At least two (2) years of experience working in a restaurant, food service, janitorial, retail, factory setting or other community employment experience
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record and insured vehicle available for daily use
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
