Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Clinician based in Wisconsin Rapids, WI, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Mental Health Clinician will be responsible for providing direct mental health services, including individual and family therapy, case management, and behavioral health assessments. Day-to-day tasks include conducting therapy sessions, developing and implementing treatment plans, coordinating with other healthcare providers, and supporting clients' overall mental well-being.
Qualifications
- Skills in Social Work and Case Management
- Proficiency in Psychology and Behavioral Health
- Experience in Family Therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensure as a mental health professional in the state of Wisconsin is preferred
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
