Opportunity Finance Network is looking to fill the position of Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, Capital Markets. This role is a key leadership role responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight in implementing the organization's objectives and priorities for capital markets. This role will be critical in shaping the organization's financial success and growth through effective collaboration with various departments and stakeholders. Additionally it will ensure effective collaboration with Investments, Finance, and Strategy while managing projects with a mix of internal and external team members. Key responsibilities include collaborating with team members responsible for Market Analysis, Production Development, and Financial Performance in the following areas: Partnership Relationship Management, Risk Management and Investor Relations.

Market Analysis :
Manage the process for analyzing trends and opportunities in relevant capital markets and sources of funding:
Monitor and analyze market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to provide insights for investment decisions.
Conduct in-depth research to identify opportunities and risks in the capital markets landscape.
Develop strategies based on market analysis to optimize investment performance and drive growth.
Product Development:
Oversee the development of new financial products and services tailored to meet the organization's and its Members' needs.
Ensure new products comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Work closely with the product development team to drive innovation and competitiveness in the market.
Financial Performance Monitoring
Monitor and analyze the performance of capital market activities, including revenue generation, operational support, and key performance indicators.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on financial performance and fundraising outcomes.
Collaborate with the finance team to forecast financial trends and optimize fundraising strategies for improved performance.
Partnership Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, investors, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive growth.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop strategic alliances and mutual beneficial partnerships.
Represent the organization in industry events and conferences to enhance visibility and network with potential partners.
Leverage and grow existing partnerships to drive further access to potential donors, partners, etc. for OFN
Risk Management :
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with capital market activities to safeguard the organization's financial interests.
Develop risk management strategies and protocols to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
Establish strong ethical standards and promote a risk awareness and mitigation culture.
Investor Relations :
Effectively communicate with investors, organization members, and senior management on capital market performance and strategy.
Develop and implement investor communication strategies to enhance transparency and trust.
Address investor inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
