Opportunity Finance Network is looking to fill the position of Vice President, Data Engineering. This role will provide pivotal leadership within OFN’s Data team. This position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's data infrastructure and engineering processes. This position develops and optimizes scalable data pipelines, integrations, and a robust data architecture to support OFN's strategic goals. In addition, the VP leads efforts to ensure efficient data flow management across the organization, upholding industry best practices to empower OFN’s mission of supporting Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) and driving inclusive economic growth.

The full salary range for VP leveled employees is $90,100 to $162,800.
Salaries paid at Opportunity Finance Network will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance. The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the position level.
