II. DESCRIPTION
A. Purpose and Scope of Position
This position provides assistance to the work sites performing Barista duties.
B. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Take customer orders and prepare a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed.
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of products.
Assist with food preparation, such as assembling sandwiches or pastries.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Complete all work in a safe manner.
THERAP proficiencies, including but not limited to S-Comms.
Ensure people are safe by maintaining a safe living and working environment.
Ensure people have dignity and respect by living and working in a well maintained environment.
C. Organizational Relationships
Supervised by the workplace site supervisor, no supervisory responsibilities

A. Education and Training
High School or equivalent
B. Experience
No experience preferred
