Your New Role

• Position: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN)
• Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent
• Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
• Schedule: Negotiable; Part-time or Full-time hours, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, no evenings or weekends
• Experience: Experience in primary care preferred

In This Role

As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN) at our healthcare facility in Grafton County, NH, you will provide comprehensive outpatient care to a diverse patient population, contributing to a team dedicated to integrated health services. You'll have the flexibility of a negotiable schedule with no evenings or weekends required, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. Your role will involve a combination of direct patient care and administrative duties, with an average of two patients per hour.
