- Average 1.8 patients per hour
- Community Health experience is preferred
- Full scope Primary Care that may include preventive and therapeutic modalities related to medical conditions including OB/GYN, Pediatric, Internal Medicine, mental health, and nutrition
- Will work with one physician and 2-3 midlevels and strong support staff
- Phone triage call - rotates through providers
