- Urgent Care Clinics across Fairfield County
- 12 HR weekday shifts, 8 HR weekend shifts
- 3 Shifts per week
- September - End of the year
- Stand alone facilities. Provider will need to work to be able to work independently.
- Will pay for travel and lodging
- State License: CT License Preferred
- Experience: 2 Years of experience preferred
