Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Support Professional, based in Sycamore, IL. The Direct Support Professional will provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Their day-to-day tasks will include assisting with daily living activities, implementing individualized support plans, promoting community involvement, providing transportation when necessary, and maintaining accurate documentation of care and progress.
Qualifications

- Experience in Human Services and supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Capability to conduct and receive Training for continuous improvement
- High level of empathy, patience, and passion for helping others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in the field are a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
