- Possesses confident skills around basic financials, including P&L, inventory management, food, bev & labor cost, etc.
- Demonstrates commitment to quality and care for all staff, products, equipment, and facilities.
- Collaborate with the management team and ownership to develop strategies for improving service quality and increasing customer retention.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices, food safety regulations, and restaurant management principles.
- Familiarity with POS systems and financial management practices within the food industry.
Job Details: The position is full-time, and in-person in Center City Philadelphia. The schedule is 5 days a week and an average of 45 hours a week, with a mix of daytime and evening shifts.
For the right candidate, compensation starts at $75,000.00 per year, and includes Health Insurance, 401(k) and potential profit sharing options. Then two weeks PTO and 5 days sick leave per year.
