We care for people with cognitive and/or physical disabilities throughout the St. Cloud, MN area. Overnight sleep staff stay the night at the home and ensure our clients needs are met during the night if they wake up.
Shifts are from 10pm-8am. Set schedules for overnight sleeps, and we will work with your availability!
Sleep hours are compensated at minimum wage & the pay is $16/hr when providing awake care, usually from 6a-8a to help individuals with morning routines.
No experience required, we provide full paid training to compassionate and reliable individuals that are looking to make some extra income in a setting that they can sleep in!

Duties:
- Remain onsite and sleep in provided bed during shift time
- Required to be available for any needs that occur over the night
- Help with the morning routine - assist individuals with showers, baths, personal cares, dressing, getting ready for work, breakfast, pass medications, etc.
- Responsible for providing comprehensive personal care, guidance, and support to adult male and female clients respective to client needs
Must be willing to work with both males and females hands on including but not limited to grooming, bathing and toileting.
Overnight Staff:

- Do not have to work with the general public.
- Options to pick up extra hours.
