- Location : Boston Scientific Maple Grove
- Schedule : Monday to Friday from 7 : 30 AM to 3 : 30 PM
- Wage : $19.00 per hour
Job Summary :
As an Employment Service Coordinator, you will help our people with disabilities to successfully work and earn a paycheck at our customer’s sites. You will help our people with disabilities grow their skills and gain independence to the greatest extent possible.
How will you make a difference?
As part of team, you will help our people with disabilities in the following areas :
Train, coach, and assist our people with disabilities while working at our business customers siteBe a liaison between our business customers and our clients to ensure the success of the work programAssist our clients develop and enhance their work skillsCommunicate & collaborate with the people with disabilities' representative, county case manager, referral sources, co-workers for Opportunity Partners supported services.Bring meaning to their lives by having a job that they enjoyGrow and develop their social skillsWhat will you bring to Opportunity Partners?
A desire to make a difference in the lives of our people with disabilities!DESIGNATED COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS :
A designated coordinator may have a baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services, education, or health and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons aged 65 and older or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children.A designated coordinator may have an associate degree in a field related to human services, education, or health and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons aged 65 and older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children.A designated coordinator may have a diploma in a field related to human services, education, or health from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons aged 65 or older or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children.A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services, education, or health and four years full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons aged 65 and older or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children and is under the supervision of staff person who meets the designated coordinator qualifications listed above.Opportunity Partners is an Equal Opportunity employer committed to affirmative action and a welcoming environment for people of diverse communities.
