- Full Time Opportunities, Monday - Friday.
Limited Evenings and Weekends!
Provide job specific instruction and supports including the use of adaptive technology and hands on coaching as necessary.
Provide pre-employment, on the job training, job coaching, and long-term retention supports per each client's individual needs and desires.
Provide supervision and support to the client according to their individual career plan and consistent with employer practices.
Serve as a liaison and community connection with business and industry personnel, stakeholders, teams and Opportunity Services.
Commute to all client and team meetings and complete mileage reimbursement reports each month Maintain, create, and follow a self-directed, flexible schedule based on OS, client, and team meetings Additional Qualifications : Attention to detail and accurate and timely completion of duties.
Excellent interpersonal skills including independent problem solving, and conflict resolution skills Communicate effectively with staff, supervisors and client teams Availability to work a flexible schedule, including limited evenings and weekends Full Time Position Benefits include : Medical - 100% paid by employer Dental 7 paid holidays Paid time off Opportunities for Advancement
