This position will work with and supervise adults with disabilities in acommunity based work setting. You will also schedule and supervise current job coaches. Position also known as : Direct Support Professional (DSP), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Behavior Therapist, Positive Support Specialist Responsibilities : Assist in supervising staff including scheduling and basic disciplinary decisions. Provide high quality interaction with clients in a day program setting and out in the community. Community integration / engagement : facilitate positive interaction of clients with community members at large. Communicate efficiently and effectively with staff, supervisors and client teams. Provide quality assistance with personal cares and administering medication. Provide transportation to clients daily.
