- Responsible for the maintenance, stocking and cleanliness of the bar, and all other functions which increase the efficiency and productivity of the bartending team.
- Stays informed of current menu items and descriptions.
- Handles side duties including: stocking ice bins, liquor, beer, wine, and coolers, including lifting/moving up to 50lbs.
- Cleans and assists maintaining bar equipment. Performs opening/running/closing side duties according to Ryman/OEG policy.
- Ensures responsible alcohol service per local ordinance and alcohol policies.
- Puts all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles.
- Makes sure trash receptacles are clean and odor free.
- Maintains Ryman/OEG safety and sanitation standards.
- Pars all ice bins to the fullest levels at all times.
- Pars all bars per venue specification.
- Attends pre-shift meeting conducted by Manager on Duty prior to start of each shift.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent required
Experience
- One year of experience in food and beverage operations
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong communication skills, demonstrated team player, self starter Licenses / Certifications ABC Certification preferred
