Provide exceptional service to guests while promoting and selling products in a retail space. Adhere to standard operating procedures for service, sales, and merchandising while creating authentic and memorable guest experiences.
- Provide exceptional service to all guests. Share information about current and upcoming events while actively greeting and welcoming all guests into the store.
- Engage all guests on the sales floor. Provide exceptional guest service by adhering to all service initiatives laid out by leadership.
- Learn and know product collections that are carried to better assist guests. Actively sell and upsell products based on guest likes and needs. Execute service programs as directed by department leadership, including up-selling, average checks and units per transaction goals and conversion.
- Actively merchandise according to company standards and for ease of guest shopping. Maintain a well-stocked, well-merchandised store and stockroom; ensure apparel remains folded and sized appropriately and sales floor remains full and visually pleasing to guests. Relay inventory concerns and product suggestions to leadership.
- May assist with processing daily shipments, which include receiving and unloading boxes and inventory from truck to storeroom to sales floor, according to defined policies and procedures.
- Maintain general order and cleanliness of both front of house and stockroom areas, including cleaning windows, spot-sweeping floors, dusting displays and emptying trashcans.
- Accountable for daily cash register sales, appropriate cash handling, and check-in/check-out procedures.
- Responsible for providing management with feedback regarding guest comments and experiences. Report any equipment maintenance or supply concerns, etc., to management.
- Support the security function to protect assets and the personal safety of employees and guests. Responsible for following emergency procedures and responding accordingly in emergencies, including properly evacuating the retail location, if necessary.
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Follow and support brand standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
- 1 years experience in guest service, sales, and/or cash handling preferred
