Support the retail store team by ensuring the store shipments are accurately checked in, floor is filled in daily and stockroom is maintained to quickly service the guest needs. Adhere to the company service basics while providing flawless service to the team and out guests.
- Provides polite and courteous service to all guests by following company service basics and guiding principles. Provides information about current and upcoming events, while actively greeting and welcoming all guests into the stores.
- Keeps merchandise stocked and properly organized on the sales floor through the day. Maintains stock levels and ensure all product is represented on the floor.
- Assists with processing daily shipment, utilizes SharePoint, communicates with the warehouse and helps maintain a neat, clean and organized stockroom.
- Maintains general order and cleanliness of merchandise location and stockrooms. Includes cleaning windows, spot sweeping of floors, dusting of merchandise displays and emptying trashcans as needed.
- Provides the management team with feedback or concerns involving the merchandise, facilities or maintenance problems.
- Responsible for being familiar with emergency procedures and responding accordingly in emergency situations, including properly evacuating the retail location, moving all employees and guests at least 300 feet from the building, should an evacuation become necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience
- At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, and/or cash handling preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Possess an outgoing personality, is service oriented, can multi task and has good communication skills
