Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and vigilant individuals to join our team as Rover Vehicle-Based Security Patrol Officers. In this role, you will be responsible for patrolling our residential community, and ensuring the safety and security of our residents and property. A significant portion of your duties will be conducted from a vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the community in a company-provided vehicle.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents.
- Provide assistance to residents and visitors as needed.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must meet the qualifications of a security guard.
- Ability to pass all required background investigations.
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.

PSOs represent the front line of our security services. In this role Physical Security Officers (PSOs) can expect to be working in demanding and fast paced environments. PSO’s may find themselves working in a wide range of areas to include medical centers, government facilities, hospitality venues and public events. The PSO’s mission is to protect all people, information and property assigned, while delivering on high end customer service.

· Conducting regular walking or vehicle patrols

· High school Diploma or GED equivalent
· Two years of face to face customer service experience
· Two years of security experience
· Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Proficient time management skills
· Reliable transportation
· Excellent de-escalation skills
· Proactive problem solving skills
· Must be able to obtain state required security officer license
· Ability to obtain OCAT, PATH, and PPBT certifications
· Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening and OPS training requirements
