Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage all aspects of environmental remediation projects, including asbestos abatement and demolition.
Develop, estimate, and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Supervise project teams, providing guidance and leadership in all areas of environmental remediation.
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, maintaining open and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental laws, regulations, and company policies.
Manage subcontractor selection, contract negotiations, and performance.

Qualifications :
