Resource Management : Manage manpower effectively, ensuring optimal productivity and compliance with labor regulations. Material Procurement : Select and purchase materials required for projects, negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms. Equipment Procurement : Oversee the procurement of necessary equipment, ensuring availability and operational readiness. Site Management : Take full responsibility for overall site management, ensuring all activities comply with safety and quality standards. Client Communication : Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clarity and addressing any concerns promptly. Qualifications : Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects, particularly in tenant improvements and capital expenditures.
