JOB DESCRIPTION : seeking a well-qualified candidate to serve as the Facility / Property Control Lead for Role-player Services (RPS) in Glynco, GA. The Facility / Property Control Lead coordinates, maintains, and accounts for all uniforms, equipment, and property in support of more than 300 roleplaying personnel. The Facility / Property Control Lead supervises the Facility / Property Control Tech.
KEY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to :
Coordinate all uniforms, equipment, and property in support of more than 300 roleplaying personnel
Coordinate and deconflict the need for uniforms and props for all active training scenarios
Manage the Facility / Property Control Lead
Ensure delivery of materials, supplies, etc. to training sites in coordination with PM and APM.
Manage and coordinate vehicles used to support the training exercises
Support the Project Manager as needed
Ensures on-site Facility and Property control coverage during normal duty hours (6 : 30 AM until 6 : 00 PM) Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES : The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes and skills :
High school diploma is required
Minimum of four years of experience providing logistics support
Minimum of six years of combined logistics / training experience
Must be able to pass a background examination.
The most competitive candidates will possess keen leadership skills as well as outstanding communication (verbal and written) skills.
Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) as well as Adobe
QUALIFICATIONS : Must be a US citizen.
DESIRED SKILLS :
Previous experience working role player support for large training organizations.
TYPE WORK :
Full Time, 40 hours a week. Shift work or flexed work may be required.
