The Role
We are seeking a Senior Audit Manager to provide leadership, and for a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to work with our clients at financial institutions. The ideal candidate is eager for professional growth and has substantial experience conducting audits within public accounting and leading audit engagements with credit unions and community banks. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be team-oriented, and thrive with direct client interaction. The successful candidate will have opportunity for growth and advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Partners to set client strategy / engagement, including risk assessment, audit plans and review and approve financial statements, reports and internal audit reports
- Oversee external audit engagements to ensure challenging client deadlines are met and delivering detailed analysis of findings to clients
- Work closely with Managers to coordinate all analytical, technical and research responsibilities
- Provide both leadership and supervision to Audit Managers, Seniors, and Staff
- Develop and execute a business development plan which includes networking, new client development, and client expansion activities.

The annual base salary range for this role is $150,000-$190,000. This range includes the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on various factors, including experience, education and / or skill level.
