KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Restaurant FOH Managers' key role is to demonstrate leadership in a friendly ENERGETIC atmosphere. Be a team player and have a true passion for providing outstanding service that exemplifies the company’s culture. Restaurant FOH Managers' are expected to do the following:
Use excellent people management skills to manage and motivate a diverse employee group on a daily basis.
Assist in the recruitment, hiring, training, coaching, and mentorship of a team of managers and hourly employees.
Assist multiple General Managers in financials; including inventory control and ordering, labor and food costs, work within set budgets, monitoring sales, cost controls, and profit and loss.
Build positive relationships with guests, vendor, and staff.
Ensure facility maintenance and sanitation guidelines are adhered to.
Ensure outstanding guest service is always delivered.
Other tasks associated with running effective and smooth operations.
CANDIDATE CRITERIA:
High school diploma and a minimum 2 years of current restaurant management experience in the full-service restaurant.
Flexibility in schedule and current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Friendly and approachable attitude; able to problem solve and willingness to ensure all roles and responsibilities are always covered.
Experience with financial and P&L management skills a plus.
Proven success in leading teams, providing outstanding guest and team member experiences.
Experience with Training and Development a plus
Demonstrated an ability to drive profitable growth while continuously improving customer satisfaction
