JOB TITLE : Aluminum TIG Welder
SHIFT :
shift 5 : 30am – 5 : 30pm Mon-Friday
AMPLE OT
PAY RATE :
Starting pay is $18-20 / hr or DOE
Summary
Production TIG welding parts from aluminum fixtures.
Weld Test :
Uses a switch instead of pedal. The test consists of downhill and circular rung welds.
Responsibilities :
- Requires horizontal and vertical welding
- Requires manual dexterity and mechanical ability.
- Physical fitness and agility are also needed.
- Set up welding equipment and tools
- Review blueprints for specifications
- Weld, cut, and grind aluminum of different widths
- Finish and inspect products for quality
