We are seeking a Chemical Process Development Chemist to join our team and take the lead in raw material qualification, scale-up processes, and batch chemical manufacturing. This hands-on role combines both laboratory bench and manufacturing experience to drive product development and process improvements in a new, state-of-the-art facility.

Position Summary :
The Chemical Process Development Chemist reports to the site manager. The key role is to take the lead in qualification of raw materials, intermediates and finished products as technology is transferred and scaled up at the facility. The role is primarily day shift hours Monday to Friday with overtime expected to meet internal and external customer requirements. The Chemical Process Development Chemist synergizes with the Global Corporate Research and Development Team, Process Engineering Team and Site colleagues.
