OpSource Staffing of Spartanburg is seeking a full time Customer Service for a local company located in Enoree, SC.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing customers with high quality, professional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process orders, returns and exchanges; generate pick tickets, receipts, shipping documents, and billing invoices; and complete other related tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Check in all carriers for appointments and ensure quality and accuracy of process
- Accurate input and verification of merchandise receipts on a timely basis
- Maintain current customer contracts accurately and in a confidential manner
Pay Range : $16.50-$17.50 depends on experience
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
Must possess a verifiable high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
SAP, Shipping & Receiving, and MS Office. Proficient with Excel.
Salary : $17 - $18
