OpSource has partnered with a manufacturing company located in Inman, SC.
Pay for the position :
19-21 / hr.
Shifts for the position :
shift
8am-5pm Mon-Fri
Job requirements for the position may include :
The administration assistant consults and supports all customers and territory managers.
The AA is responsible for entering the incoming orders into the system, tracking them throughout the entire production process then releasing them for shipping and invoicing once available.
The AA is the contact person for a defined customer group by territory manager.
Processing / tracking customer orders throughout the entire process.
Creates documents throughout the order process (quotes, confirmations, shipping documents, and invoices. May issue credit notes according to internal guidelines.
Prepares small package shipments and coordinates shipment scheduling.
Set up new customers and update customer information and contact details as necessary.
Monitor status of the open orders and provide updates to customers and territory managers.
Handling the returns and forwarding claims to the appropriate parties.
Issuing daily and / or sales reports.
Checks and opens mail daily.
Assists with checks and credit card logging.
Assists with organization and approval of freight bills.
Additional responsibilities as required by management.
Qualifications for the position :
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Basic computer skills
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
