OpSource has partnered with a Chemical Manufacturing company located near Greenville, SC.
Pay for the position :
18 / hour
Shifts for the position :
8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, Monday – Friday (OT as needed), but needs to be flexible on both start and end times as needed.
Job requirements for the position may include :
Complying with rules of safety and housekeeping.
Receiving incoming material and shipping customer orders in accordance with appropriate SOP's.
Storing incoming materials that have been approved for use in their proper areas in a neat, orderly and safe manner in the receiving warehouse. Repositioning inventory to allow for FIFO.
Ensuring that all materials in the warehouses are clearly marked describing fitness for use or reason for quarantine. Ensuring isolation of quarantine material.
Scheduling Pick-up of customer orders.
Ensuring that all materials in the warehouses are clearly marked describing fitness for use or reason for quarantine.
Loading incoming and outgoing tankers.
Weighing incoming and outgoing tankers – Maintaining tanker records.
Pulling incoming samples as required.
Pulling and staging raw materials for batch production.
Qualifications for the position :
Can safely operate a forklift.
Capable and confident moving drums, totes, pallets in a tight workspace.
Has experience loading and unloading bulk tankers.
Has the ability to read, understand and follow instructions in our ISO certified chemical facility.
