Opsource has partnered with a growing company in Honea Path, SC who is looking for an experienced Needle Loom Weaver to produce narrow fabrics like ribbons and elastic bands.
You will set up, operate, and maintain needle loom machines, ensuring high-quality fabric production.
Hours :
- 3rd Shift - 12 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 AM
- MUST TRAIN ON FIRST : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM
Responsibilities :
Setup and Operation : Load and configure needle looms for production.
Quality Checks : Monitor fabric for consistency, adjusting as needed.
Troubleshooting : Handle minor machine issues, like thread breaks.
Maintenance : Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on machines.
Record-Keeping : Track production data and machine settings.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required :
- 1-3 years in textile or machine operation REQUIRED - including solid job history.
- Basic mechanical skills
- Strong dexterity
- Able to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
- Operate a forklift
