The Position
OPSWAT Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Channel Coordinator Summer Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in channel management while contributing to our marketing and partner engagement initiatives. The intern will assist in various tasks, including managing a weekly newsletter, scheduling monthly webinars, communicating product updates, and overseeing the partner application and deal registration process.

What You Will Be Doing
Weekly Newsletter Management:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to curate content for the weekly newsletter.
- Design and format the newsletter using Microsoft office applications
- Ensure timely distribution and track engagement metrics to assess effectiveness.
- Assist in planning and scheduling monthly webinars, including coordinating with speakers and technical staff.
- Manage logistics such as platform setup, registration pages, and follow-up communications.
- Help with promotion strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and updates.
- Draft and distribute internal and external communications regarding product changes.
- Create clear and concise documentation to support partner understanding of updates.
- Assist in the partner application process by reviewing submissions and coordinating with relevant teams.
- Help manage the deal registration process, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-ups.
- Maintain a database of partner applications and registrations for reporting purposes.
- Help with the Deal registration process education for new partners.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with email marketing and webinar platforms is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
