What You Will Be Doing
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend systems and APIs.
- Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical specifications.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by implementing best practices and coding standards.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and performance issues in the backend architecture.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
- Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy.
- Manage and prioritize tasks within the team to meet project deadlines.
