The ideal candidate will be proficient in using CaptivateIQ to streamline commission processes, analyze performance data, and ensure accurate and timely payouts to the sales team. This role involves collaboration across multiple departments to align commission structures with business goals.

What You Will Be Doing
- Incentive Plan Management: Design, implement, and maintain sales commission programs (in CIQ) that drive strategic sales objectives.
- Commission Calculation: Accurately calculate and process monthly, quarterly, and annual commission payouts using CaptivateIQ.
- System Administration: Manage and optimize CaptivateIQ for accurate compensation calculations, reporting, and analytics.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales performance data and create actionable insights to improve sales strategies and incentive structures.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT to align commission plans with business goals and ensure seamless commission processing.
- Compliance & Auditing: Ensure commission payments comply with company policies and auditing standards while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Communication & Transparency: Clearly communicating commission policies, changes, and calculations to the Sales Teams.
- Dispute Resolution: Address commission inquiries and disputes promptly and professionally.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance commission calculation accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales commissions, or financial planning & analysis – building, maintaining and running Commissions Plans in CIQ
- Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with CaptivateIQ for implementing the Company Commission Plans and managing commission processes and reporting. Manage Integrations with external tools, SFDC, HR Systems etc.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders across departments.
- Problem-solving: Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Familiarity with other Sales Commission tools (Xactly, SPIF etc)
