The Position
We are looking for an SDR Manager to scale and lead our North America SDR/BDR team (currently 3 members, with expansion plans). Drive qualified sales meetings generation for our global sales organization and spearhead our outbound program initiatives. Support and deliver a robust, high-quality lead pipeline to fuel our sales growth.
This position is onsite in our Tampa, FL office and does offer remote or hybrid work.

What You Will Be Doing
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, train, and mentor a high-performing SDR team
- Provide personalized coaching and career growth support
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Design and implement data-driven inbound and outbound processes
- Continuously analyze and refine team performance metrics
- Develop innovative strategies to enhance productivity and results
- Set and achieve ambitious targets for sales-ready appointments
- Implement effectively lead nurturing and pipeline growth strategies
- Ensure consistent flow of high-quality opportunities to the sales team
- Partner with demand generation, product marketing, and sales teams
- Aligning SDR activities with broader organizational goals
- Leverage CRM and sales engagement platforms effectively
- Stay ahead of industry trends in sales technology and methodologies
- 5 years of proven success in building and scaling SDR, BDR, or outbound inside sales teams in B2B SaaS/software companies
- Track record of consistently exceeding quotas and driving team performance
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for direct involvement in prospecting activities
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Expert in Salesforce CRM and familiarity with intent data tools (e.g., 6Sense)
- Proficient with modern sales tech stack (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability in time management, task prioritization, and meeting deadlines
