We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Engineer with a strong background in IT Cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of hands-on experience in critical infrastructure protection (Pharma industry experience ideal).
Location: remote based, ideally based in the Northeast US; must be East Coast.

What You Will Be Doing
- Technical Expertise: Leverage your extensive knowledge in cybersecurity to provide technical leadership and support for our clients in the Pharma sector.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with customers to understand their specific cybersecurity needs and design tailored OPSWAT solutions that address the challenges of securing critical infrastructure and compliance.
- Pre-sales Support: Act as a key technical resource during the pre-sales process, working closely with the sales team to articulate the value proposition of OPSWAT's cybersecurity solutions.
- Demonstrations and Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of OPSWAT's IT & OT cybersecurity solutions, effectively communicating their benefits to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Training and Education: Provide training and education to customers, partners, and internal teams on the implementation and best practices of OPSWAT's solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing support of OPSWAT's solutions.
- Stay Current: Stay abreast of the latest developments in cybersecurity, industry trends, and emerging threats to continuously enhance your expertise and contribute to the improvement of OPSWAT's solutions.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science).
- Experience: Over 7 years of hands-on experience in IT/OT cybersecurity, a bonus for Pharma experience.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Cyber Security practices in modern environments Proficiency in deploying and configuring cybersecurity solutions. Proficiency in REST API Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to critical infrastructure protection.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex cybersecurity challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Strong understanding of relevant cybersecurity standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO-27001, etc..).
- Experience with security technologies such as Anti-Malware/EDR, Sandbox, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Bonus – experience with malware analysis.
