Patient Coordinator
We are looking for a Patient Co-ordinator with 1-3 years of experience (Recent grads from a good college program in Health Sciences, Public Health or Marketing with strong academic credentials may apply). Role is for an articulate, confident and highly organized individual that has specific experience/demonstrated knowledge with superior customer relations skills. We desire someone who understands how to work each interface between patient and OPT to provide a superior Patient Experience while at OPT. This person will use his/her business awareness and other Customer Experience traits, to help the OPT Physical Therapy team attract patients motivated about their health, provide them with value added information while at OPT and stay appropriately connected after they finish their treatment at OPT. During treatment, he/she will assist the clinical team as needed. This individual will be responsible for overall Patient Program success (leveraging clinicians, Front Office and Back Office resources) from both the perspective of Patient and OPT goals.

Supports and drives in-person, Facebook/media based patient outreach and patient relations excellence
Implements '5 Star' Patient Experience processes from first call through post-discharge
Manages other client programs
Assists/Fills in for general office duties, including front desk and patient care assistance to Physical Therapist
SKILLS
. Strong track record in a Healthcare setting (Physical Therapy setting highly desirable)
. Strong knowledge of Facebook Business/ Google Business and other digital tools for Patient outreach/education and relationship enhancement in direct conversations
. Ability to maintain professionalism with patients and staff in all situations
. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
. Potential to lead teams
. Communication skills and a customer service orientation
. Strong in Microsoft Office And PC/iPad apps
. Adaptable to change
