Responsibilities
- Coordinate the admissions process for new patients, including completing paperwork, verifying insurance information, and scheduling appointments
- Greet and assist visitors and patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and emails, providing information and assistance as needed
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and appointments
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
