Job Description
We are seeking a Part time Night Shift LPN to join our team at Saginaw location. The LPN will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in a long-term care facility. The LPN will work 6pm-6am shift and will have same day pay options.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records
- Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members regarding patient care
- Follow infection control policies and procedures
- Adhere to safety and risk management policies and procedures
- Current LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care facility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to work 6pm-6am shift
