AFTERNOON CENA'S NEEDED (8-Hours)
Location: Canton- 7025 N. Lilley RD, Canton, MI 48187
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CENA) to join our team at our Canton location. The CENA will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents and assisting with their daily living activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor and record vital signs and other health-related information.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping duties.
- !!Report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing staff.
Requirements:
- Current CENA certification in the state of Michigan.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
