Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Bath Aide - CENA to join our team at our Saginaw location. The ideal candidate will assist residents with their daily bathing and personal care needs in a compassionate and respectful manner.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene tasks
- Provide support and assistance to residents with mobility limitations
- Maintain a clean and safe bathing environment
- Document resident care activities and report any changes in condition to nursing staff
- Adhere to all facility policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CENA) certification
- Prior experience working with elderly or disabled individuals preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
