Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CENA) to join our team at our facility in Saginaw. The CENA will be responsible for providing direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health status
- Ensure residents' safety and comfort at all times
- Collaborate with the nursing team to create individualized care plans
Requirements:
- Valid CENA certification
- Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred
