Job Description :
The Housekeeping Director is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations of the facility. This includes managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained, and developing and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures. The Housekeeping Director will also be responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensuring that all staff are properly trained in the use of these materials. Additionally, the Housekeeping Director will be responsible for ensuring that all safety and sanitation standards are met, and for maintaining records and reports related to housekeeping operations.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
