Job Description
The Human Resources position is responsible for managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing
- Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees and managers
- Manage the performance review process and provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on HR-related matters
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
