Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. The Maintenance Worker will be responsible for maintaining the building and grounds to ensure they are in good condition. Duties may include fixing plumbing systems, painting, repairing flooring, and performing other maintenance tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance work and be able to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing repairs, and electrical work
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems
• Clean and maintain the building and grounds
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed efficiently and to a high standard

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Worker or similar role
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
