Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Nurse Supervisor to join our team at our Saginaw location. The Night Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff during the evening shift from 5pm to 9pm. This individual will ensure that high-quality patient care is provided and that all nursing staff are following proper procedures and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during the evening shift
• Ensure that all patient care is provided in accordance with established standards and protocols
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff as needed
• Handle any issues or concerns that arise during the shift

Qualifications:

• Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
• Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
