RN/LPN- Direct Care Nurse- Full Time/Part Time 12hr Shifts.
SAME DAY PAY AVAILABLE!!!!!
A Nurse’s daily responsibilities will be to evaluate assigned patients within the Nursing Facility and direct the CENAs in their daily care of residents for the best quality of care. This position focuses on how to improve the lives of your residents daily and provide quality care of the highest standard.
Nurse supervisor Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing great patient care, holistic patient-care approach
- Complete and accurate charting in the EMR (PointClickCare)
- Establishing a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients & families
- Administering medications and other treatments
- Assisting physicians during examinations & procedures
- Promoting patient’s independence by establishing, implementing, and directing care goals.
- Resolving patient concerns and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
- Examining patients to detect issues requiring medical care, including open wounds, bruises, or blood in the urine.
- Stay up to date on Nurse training & education and facility policy and procedure.
- Other duties as assigned.
Nurse Requirements:
- State Registered/Practical Nurse License
- Valid Identification
- COVID 19 Vaccination or Exemption
- Valid BLS CPR certification
- Comfortable using a computer.
Experience:
- Prior experience in long term care is preferred.
- Prior experience with Infection Control is preferred.
