Part Time Activities Aide

Job Description:

We are seeking a Part Time Activities Aide to join our team at our Saginaw location. The Activities Aide will be responsible for assisting in the planning, organizing, and implementing of recreational activities for residents. This position will work closely with the Activities Director to ensure that residents are engaged in meaningful and enjoyable activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and implementing recreational activities for residents
• Engage with residents and encourage participation in activities
• Assist in setting up and cleaning up activity areas
• Maintain accurate records of resident participation in activities
• Assist in transporting residents to and from activities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to pass a background check
