Porter Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to join our team at Belle Fountain. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property, as well as assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Assist with light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or fixing minor repairs
- Monitor and report any safety or maintenance issues to management
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in janitorial or maintenance work preferred
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Excellent attention to detail
