Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Staff Development Nurse. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating and training nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include developing and implementing training programs, conducting orientation sessions, and evaluating staff performance. The Staff Development Nurse will also collaborate with nursing leadership to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for ongoing education and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Michigan
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Previous experience in staff development or education preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
