Position Summary:
As an Account Manager at Optamark, you will be responsible for nurturing and strengthening relationships with key clients while ensuring the highest level of customer service, efficiency, and responsiveness. You will collaborate with various departments—including marketing, sales, and production—to streamline operations, manage client expectations, and oversee order fulfillment for print, promotional products, and apparel.
This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. You will be a frontline liaison on our customer chat line, ensuring seamless troubleshooting and customer support. Additionally, you will work with global teams in the Philippines, India, and South Africa, supporting Optamark’s expanding inside sales and customer service initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Support & Account Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service, fast response times, and effective resolution of inquiries.
- Manage the customer chat line (Monday–Friday), utilizing internal resources to address client concerns in real time.
- Work with the marketing team to update CRM data related to client retention and engagement.
- Assist the CEO and account management team in handling customer service and account-related requests.
- Oversee inventory-related programs for key clients within Optamark’s web-to-print systems.
Operations & Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the account management team to provide timely and accurate project estimates for print, promotional, and apparel orders.
- Work alongside inside sales and remote teams to streamline sales and customer support workflows.
- Oversee daily check deposits, mail processing, and operational coordination for key accounts.
- Ensure that orders, fulfillment, and account-related inquiries are handled efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Work closely with global teams in the Philippines, India, and South Africa to support Optamark’s remote customer service and inside sales expansion.
- Contribute to the development of infrastructure that supports customer retention and operational excellence.
- Partner with various department heads to troubleshoot issues and improve customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in Account management, customer service, or sales support (experience in print, promotional products, or apparel is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred) and
computer literacy. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to handling customer requests. Experience working in a global team environment is a plus.Why Join Optamark?
